Last updated 29 October 2026. This covers the Headron website. The open core and the workspace app are covered separately as they ship.
What the website stores
- No account or sign-up. If you join the waitlist we store what you type in the form (email, plan, name or company, and your note) with the date, on Cloudflare, to write to you when your plan opens. We do not store your IP address with it. "Talk to us" opens your own email app; that message goes to enterprise@headron.tech and is not stored by this site.
- No cookies set by this site.
- One setting on your device: your light or dark theme, kept in local storage under headron-theme. It is never sent anywhere.
What is sent to third parties
The site uses your device's own typefaces. No font request leaves your browser.
The site does not load analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Your choices
Clear the theme setting from your browser's storage at any time. The site keeps working either way.
To remove your waitlist entry, email enterprise@headron.tech from the address you signed up with and we will delete it.
